How to use the psychological tool of placing yourself at risk to accomplish big goals.
Most of those reading this have at some time in your life done something very difficult. You had to rely on inner resources that were from your deepest areas of strength.
As you reflect on this you will recall that this “big thing” that you accomplished was done without somebody on the outside making you do it----you were successful because you had a core desire to accomplish this “big thing”. Regardless of the obstacle, you were bound to be successful.
When you are doing something out of a core desire, you already know you’re going to be successful even though you may not know yet how you will be successful. You simply have the assurance that you will accomplish your goal----and regardless of the hurdle, you do it.
But what happens when it’s NOT a core desire. You may want something pretty badly but perhaps you are not at a feeling level where you are going to sacrifice what it takes to accomplish this goal. That’s where this technique called “putting yourself at risk” comes it. It essentially helps you to have the same inner drive for success as if it were a stronger core desire----this is really important when you are beginning to create your automated home business.
Tomorrow I will share the details of how to use “at risk” to improve your odds of success.
Until then,
Blessings.
