Wholistic Health and Flexibility Exercises

In previous posts I have shown how important it is to use both aerobic and strength training exercises to be healthy. Remember that physical health is only one component of Wholistic Health, and attention to emotional and spiritual health are crucial if you want whole person, or "Wholistic" health.

But that being said, flexibility exercises are the third component of physical muscle health -- this dramatically affects the health of the mind and the spirit. A good flexibility exercise program will take about 20 min at least each day. I have several good resources if you need them.

As I have previously said, one of the most important components of emotional health is freedom from worry. I have found and I recommend that people create at least one more stream of income to provide a "plan B".
