I used to think that aerobic exercise was crucial to health but strength training was of marginal benefit to most people. When running first became popular it was not uncommon to see runners with big strong legs and skinny thin arms.
With time we understood that athletes really competed better when they spent a lot of time doing both kind of exercises. Now athletes who are runners always have great upper body strength.
Recently we have discovered that the older you are, the MORE you benefit from strength exercises. They help with mood, balance, bone strength, endurance and decrease most of the aches and pains that people have as they get older.
So, here's the deal: EVERYBODY needs to do strength training to be healthy--- no exceptions!
Since the person who is creating an income from home needs to stay healthy and stay on top of their game, I suggest that anybody who is developing an automated home business invest in good time for strength exercise. I recommend an automated home business such as my business at <http://www.automated-home-business.com> for anybody who wants to develop a wholistic approach to wellness. So, Get Going---Get Strong!
