I am dedicating this blog to letting people know a little of what I have learned over the years in the area of "wholistic health". I have been trying to live what I preach during all of this time. To put it simply: wholistic health is health of body and mind and spirit. Some people spell this "holistic". Back when we started this concept in the late 1970's we chose the term "wholistic" because we wanted people to think about being "whole" not just being a "hole"---if you get my drift.
We also wanted to promote a particular way of putting the spiritual life with the physical and emotional life. We felt that "wholistic" captured our ideas better.
Now I am going to be right up front here in that while I will be giving valuable information away here, some of which may be lifesaving to some, I'm also going to promote me and a couple of our sources of income. Only use that info if you think it will help you.
In this first installment I would like to share some thoughts on stress in the workplace.
1. Stress and the Workplace------There are several areas where the stress model comes into play--- that is that stress is the difference between your reality and what you want.
The worst area where stress happens is in the workplace. That is because you are likely to have the least control in changing the things that irritate you. I encourage all to battle this area of stress with a home based income. When you know you have plan B to fall back onto, you are not as likely to get all upset with a stupid boss--because you know you have the freedom to walk away if you want to.
Of all the options I have seen, I think that An Automated Home Businessis your best business because it requires fewer skills to be learned to be successful. In fact your chances of success are great when you learn one main skill. You can see more about my family and the life we enjoy at http://www.automated-home-business.com ---if it looks like something you want to explore more, go ahead. And have a great day. More to come.
